دور نظم المعلومات المحاسبية في تحليل البيانات الضحمة لدعم اتخاذ القرار

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مساعدة المستشفيات الحكومية الفلسطينية في معرفة فوائد تحليل البيانات الضخمة، وإمكانية استخدام نظم المعلومات المحاسبية للمساعدة في تحليل البيانات الضخمة لما لها من دور فاعل في دعم اتخاذ القرار، ولاختبار فرضيات البحث، تم توزيع استبانة على مدراء الإدارات ورؤساء الأقسام والمحاسبين العاملين في المستشفيات الحكومية الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة والبالغ عددهم (105) مفردة.
     أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن المستشفيات الحكومية الفلسطينية تدرك أهمية تحليل البيانات الضخمة، مما أتاح لها زيادة كفاءتها، ودعم اتخاذ قراراتها بشكل كبير، وتحقيق رضا المستفيدين من المرضي والجهات المعنية على الخدمات المؤداة لهم. 
توصى الدراسة بضرورة إدراك المستشفيات الحكومية الفلسطينية حقيقة التعامل مع البيانات الضخمة حتي يتم تقديم خدماتها بشكل أفضل في ظل البيانات السريعة والهائلة، ووضع استراتيجية وخطة شاملة ومفصلة لإدارة البيانات الضخمة، والعمل على تحليلها للاستفادة منها في تدعيم اتخاذ القرارات.

The purpose of this study is to assist Palestinian government hospitals in understanding the benefits of large data analysis, the use of accounting information systems to assist in the analysis of large data for their effective role in decision support, and to test hypotheses. 105 Palestinian government hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
The results of the study showed that the Palestinian government hospitals are aware of the importance of analyzing the huge data, which enabled them to increase their efficiency, support their decision making significantly, and achieve satisfaction of patients and patients concerned with the services provided to them.
The study recommends that Palestinian government hospitals should recognize the fact that large data is handled in order to provide better services in the light of fast and complex data, and develop a comprehensive and detailed strategy and plan for managing large data and analyzing them in order to enhance decision-making.
