Academic Mission: The main role is to evaluate the scientific content of submitted research papers, focusing on objectivity and avoiding undue influence in the evaluation process, thereby enhancing the journal’s scientific credibility.

Independence and Impartiality: The peer review process must be free from bias and independent from any external considerations, whether political, financial, or personal.

Confidentiality: It is essential to maintain the confidentiality of the identity and materials submitted by researchers throughout all stages of the review process.

Academic Transparency: Review mechanisms must be clear, ensuring that researchers understand the journal’s publication policies and the means of objection or appeal, if applicable.

Professionalism and Quality: The journal follows precise procedures in selecting reviewers according to their academic specializations and scientific expertise to ensure quality evaluation.
Policy for Submitting Research to the Journal

Submission to the Journal: All research submitted to the journal, whether complete or not, will be forwarded to the Review Committee for evaluation.

Submission Methodology: Research is first reviewed by the Editorial Board to ensure it aligns with the journal’s field and basic publication standards.

Technical and Language Check: The content is examined for plagiarism (with a maximum allowed similarity rate of 25% from references) in addition to comprehensive linguistic editing.

Triple Peer Review: Research papers are referred to three independent reviewers, and the acceptance or rejection decision is based on their reports.

Right to Edit: The Editorial Board has the right to make formal adjustments to the paper, including font type and size, to match the journal’s formatting style.

Originality and Ownership: The paper must be original, unpublished, and not submitted elsewhere, in whole or in part. A condition of publication is the transfer of copyright to the journal.

Methodology and Commitment: The researcher must present sound methodology and research design, along with an ethical and professional commitment to the content.

Responsibility for Errors: The researcher bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information and the scientific content.

Promotion and Distribution: Free copies of the journal are granted to selected research institutions inside and outside Libya, as determined by the Editorial Board.

Digital and Print Publication: Papers are published on the journal’s website in addition to the printed version.

Researcher’s Biography: The researcher’s academic and professional biography must be attached to introduce them to readers and institutions.
