Research receipt procedures

Procedures and steps for receiving research submitted for publication in the journal:

1. The researcher fills out the following two forms:

A. An Article Submission form in which the researcher requests to publish their research paper in the journal along with the article attached (according to Form No. (1) attached to these regulations).

B. Declaration to adhere to ethical and legal standards for scholarly and scientific research, (according to Form No. (2) attached to this regulation).

2. The research article that is submitted for publication in the journal can be submitted in person by the researcher or via e-mail.

3. The research article is subject to preliminary evaluation by the editorial board to check whether it conforms to the terms of publication in the journal (according to Form No. (3) attached to these regulations).

4. The researcher is notified of the results of the preliminary evaluation within a week of receiving the article.

5. The research article is sent by an official referee letter attached with the referee evaluation form to specialized referees for final report, (according to the following two arbitration forms: No. (4) for theoretical research, No. (5) for applied research attached to these regulations).

6. As soon as the referee report is received by the editor-in-chief, final decision is made in this regard.

7. The researcher will be notified of the results, whether acceptance or rejection, within a period not exceeding one month from the date of receiving the research article.

8. In the event that there are notes on the research articles that have to be considered, the researcher is asked to make the necessary modifications.

9. The research is reviewed by the editorial board to ensure the researcher's commitment to making the required modifications, and the research article is referred for publication in the journal's issues.

10. The researcher will be notified in which issue his/her research will be published.
