Scientific arbitration mechanism for research submitted for publication

1- Research articles sent to the journal are subject to a preliminary evaluation by the editorial board to determine its eligibility for being reviewed by a referee, within a week from the date of receiving the research article. The editorial board has the right to apologize for not accepting the research in the event that it is found that it is not suitable for publication in the journal for any reason, such as a violation of the publication conditions or the technical or formal conditions.

2- The research article submitted to the journal is examined by one of the programs for checking originality or locating instances of plagiarism or copyright infringement within an article (Plagiarism Detection Software).

3- Research submitted for publication in the journal is subject to scholarly review by two specialized professors as an authorized limit, determined by the editorial board in secret, and the review shall be (according to the following two refereeing models: No. (4) for theoretical research, No. (5) for applied research attached to these regulations).

4- The editorial board has the right, in the event of the refusal of the research article by one of the referees, to seek the assistance of a third referee, and the result of his report shall be final.
